The Fourth of July fireworks will take place in Woodrun on Tuesday, July 3rd at dusk (approximately 9 p.m. or so).
Lessee in Slips numbers 1 through 50 and 60 – 84 must move their boat out of the slip no later than 7 p.m. on July 3, 2012 due to the fireworks display. All boats in the listed slips must be a minimum of 350 feet away from the firing area by 7 p.m. and may return to their slip within one hour after the show ends. If the lessee fails to move the boat as specified, Woodrun reserves the right to charge the lessee a $200.00 fee, plus any additional cost to have the boat moved. Woodrun Association, Inc. will NOT be responsible for any damage or loss to the boat or its contents and reserves the right to terminate your boat slip lease. In the event of a change to the date, time, or cancellation of the fireworks display, (except for weather caused cancellation) lessee will be notified by mail, or by phone, of any changes as soon as the information is available.
