INFORMATION PERTAINING TO WOODRUN BOAT OWNERS
Boat Dock News
Regulations for boat slips are as follows:
1. Effective July 1, 2004 all existing Boat Dock leases will become permanent, contingent upon the leases payment of their annual assessment and their adherence to all Woodrun Rules and Regulations.
2. Effective April 30, 2005, the cost of a Boat Slip lease will increase to $300.00 per year.
3. On March 1st of each year current lease holders will be sent a renewal notice requesting payment for the up coming year. If returned by April 30th, their lease will continue for the next year.
4. If payment is not received by April 30th the lease holder will relinquish their right to lease the same slip. These slips will be offered to those individuals who have added their names to a waiting list, maintained by the Woodrun office, on a first come first serve basis.
5. When a boat slip becomes available and you are the first name on the waiting list, if you decline that boat slip your name will goes to the bottom of the list.
