Woodrun Road Deposits
***TO BE PAID BY THE HOMEOWNER***
***Member must be in good standing and current on all dues***
$1,500.00 Road Deposit is Required for the Following:
($1,000.00 Refundable Deposit and $500.00 Non-Refundable for Woodrun Road Fund)
Any New Construction (House, Garage, Boathouse, Etc.)
$1,000.00 Road Deposit is Required for the Following:
Concrete Trucks
Cranes
Lot Clearing
Any Truck 3 Axles or More
Driveway Paving or Asphalting
Installation of New Septic Tank System
Drilling or Boring Underneath Woodrun Roads for Septic Tank Lines
Any Track Equipment
Storage Building Deliveries
Road Deposit NOT Required for the Following:
Tree Cutting or Trimming (If Equipment is 2 Axles or Less)
Skid Steers (Wheel Type Only)
Dump Truck Hauling Dirt or Rock (2 Axles or Less)
Dump Truck Hauling Mulch
