OFFICE NEWS
A certain amount of confusion arises with regards to Woodrun addresses.  Please note the following:


                                               Guide To Woodrun addresses:

Example:
                                      John Doe
                                      Lot# 1743-This is the Woodrun lot # used by the office for billing
                                      Purposes.

                                      7092 Woodrun on Tillery - This is the actual mailing address,
                                      identified by the words "Woodrun on Tillery".  You collect your mail                                          from the centrally located boxes.

                                      126 Sleepy Hollow Lane - This is the 911 street location address and
                                      should be used for shipping purposes along with the box number as
                                      shown above.  UPS, DHL and Fedex use this for their deliveries.

                                      Mt. Gilead, NC 27306 - City, State and Zip to be included in all
                                      mailings.  When the City, State and Zip are not listed, it is not the
                                      mailing address.

If you have any changes to the directory, either send us an e-mail or mail in the changes.


Woodrun dues will be billed out in the second and third week of May. Members have until June 30th to pay their dues on time.  As of July 1, dues are considered late and a $25 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance.
